Adding another headline to the legendary co-op's clip file, a judge ruled this week that the discrimination lawsuit at the Dakota can go forward. The judge dismissed a few of building resident Alphonse Fletcher Jr.'s claims against specific people, but the broader discrimination, defamation, and breach of fiduciary duty charges are allowed. Predictably, both sides claim this is a victory. [NYT]
