Up to now, we've only seen vague renderings of the concrete and rust-colored GreenbergFarrow-designed facade of 205 Water Street. But the 67-unit Toll Brothers condo is set to hit the market in September, so it's about time for a fuller rendering. And right on schedule, the rendering above materialized in the Curbed Inbox. According to building reps, "Construction of the building is progressing rapidly with the first move-ins on schedule for mid-2012. Our sales gallery is anticipated to open in just a few months," with prices to start in the upper $300,000s. So is this still a kinder, gentler Toll Brothers?
