This place didn't get a lot of love from commenters, but then again said commenters were highballing the numbers. Even the lowest guess o $1.1M was higher than the ask of $999K, and the highest guess was a whopping $1.75M. As some people noted, this place is indeed owned by Danny Simmons, brother of Russell Simmons. It first hit the market back in 2006 for a high of $1.2M, but is the decrease in price enough to move this place? Maybe 10% off the top will do the trick.
