A tipster passed along the above images of a project that hasn't been on our radar: a 17-story hotel coming to 28 West 28th Street. The hotel will have Empire State Building and Madison Square Park views and, according to our tipster, parallel curving walls. We're not really sure what that means, but it sounds like fun! Between 1888 and 1985, the site was home to the Everard Baths, which looked?absolutely nothing like what's coming to the spot next. Anyone got any other intel?
