Last we checked in on things at 95 Greene Street, the condo board had just been ordered to cease its shame campaign against celeb photographer Ken Nahoum for being more than $125,000 behind on common charges. In return, Nahoum was asked by the judge to finally pay his common charges. He did not, Habitat reports, so he was arrested during the July 21 court hearing.
