We're big fans of the 1858 Steinway Mansion, the 5BR, 4.5BA house at 18-33 41st Street in Astoria. It's got plenty of personality, with that billiard room, pub, and sauna (not to mention that the grounds were also once home to a Steinway piano factory). But those same goodies limit the prospective buyer pool. The mansion's most recent attempt at a sale, with a price of $4.5 million, ended in failure. It's ready to try, try again, Astoria Ugly notes, with a new broker and a fresh ask of $3.495 million. Plus a new set of listing pics that make the place seem a little more elegant.
