The five-bedroom townhouse on West 120th owned by Kareem Abdul-Jabbar is under contract after more than a year on the market. To recap, the house was originally purchased in 2002 by Dana Point Trust, reportedly created for Abdul-Jabbar, and gut renovated in 2006. The structure was listed at $3.5 million last spring with Prudential Douglas Elliman, reduced to $3.1 million with a new broker in November, chopped again to $2.65 million by Corcoran in May, and now under contract, price TBA.
