Not if the Related developers have anything to do with it: taking cues from the Midtown half-condo, half-rental luxury tower finished this summer, the entire neighborhood will henceforth be knighted as MiMA ("middle of Manhattan"), as if Midtown or Hell's Kitchen weren't clear enough. The "new" area is bounded by Fifth Avenue to the east and the river to the west, between 32nd and 58th streets. First, that's huge!
