How Much for a Landmarked 3-BR Loft in Chelsea?

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 3BR, 3BA condo on West 30th Street between 6th and 7th Avenues
Square Feet: 2,064
Maintenance/CC: $1,388
The Skinny: The loft is in a landmarked 1927 Chelsea building designed by an early-20th-century equivalent of a starchitect; the lofts were carved out in 2005 with only three per floor. Swanky touches include "high beamed ceilings, solid concrete construction, Calacatta marble countertops, custom built-ins, and white oak wood flooring," and it's especially bright thanks to a southwest exposure. A doorman is included in that relatively low monthly maintenance, too.
