A/N takes a look at the restoration of the Loew's King Theater on Flatbush Avenue, noting the "regal rot" which is slowly consuming the grand old space. ACE Theatrical Group has been commission by the city to fix the place up, so hopefully that $70 million restoration will bring the decrepit building back to its splendor. They also have some pretty beautiful interior shots of the theater. If all goes well, the place should be up and running by 2013. [A/N]
