There are fresh plans for Jean Nouvel's MoMA Tower, but the tower itself might not be built for another four years. The Post's Steve Cuozzo points out that developer Hines still need some air rights from MoMA for the tower, and the sale of those rights doesn't have to close until at least 2013, and possibly not until 2015.
