Here's This Week's Over-$2 Million Sale at Williamsburg's Edge

We can't let a week go by these days without a mega-sale at the Edge. Last week it was Penthouse 1A, for $2.16 million. This week it's Penthouse 1D?floorplan- and image-less aside from the model unit shot and plan thumbnail above?the sale of which just hit public record for $2.346 million (with a storage room). That edges (heh) out the $2.2 million sale earlier this year, but is still below the $2.565 million initial ask.
