Comment of the Day

"There is an entire generation of architects between the NY5 and this crop. They have collectively just entered their 50's and should be doing big major projects. Instead those projects have all gone to major talent from outside the city. Lets face it, they are in the autumn of their carers and they are prematurely impotent. Asymptote's Perry street project is probably the single largest and most prominent building in the city that any of them did... What else is there? Even Neil Denari's HL23 is more important...and he's the impotent architect from LA!"?anon [Are These 12 Firms the Future of New York Architecture?]
