Loopholes

A stubborn bookseller has made his mobile boutique not-so-mobile by parking in the same Upper West Side spot for 11 years. Disbarred attorney Charles Mysak does move the car, installed at Columbus Avenue and 68th Street, for street cleanings, and cops to violating section 4-08(h) of the city's traffic rules. How does he do it? It costs $36/day to feed the meter and Mysak makes about $100 a day peddling paperbacks. He also owes, at last count, $470 in parking tickets. [NYPost]
