If you missed on Chelsea's Shutter Houses, don't fret: architect Shigeru Ban designed this glorious home in Sagaponack, now on the market for $3.3 million. The layout is based on the never-built Brick Country House by Mies Van Der Rohe and includes $75K worth of gym equipment, plus another $100K of "electronics and doodads." 3,800 square feet of modernist beachhaus goodness yields 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. That's one more bedroom, twice the square footage, who knows how much more acreage, and $300,000 less than this Shutter House sold last year. UPDATE: It's not actually on the market at all and was listed due to a "glitch."
