World Trade Center Redevelopment

Sorry, World Trade Center Tower 3: UBS won't be moving in after all. The Swiss bank, which currently has its North American headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut, had been talks with developer Larry Silverstein about becoming Tower 3's anchor tenant, but that was before Connecticut offered the bank a $20 million loan (over five years) to stay put. Financial firms hoping for anchor tenant status, Tower 3's slot appears to be open. [WSJ; previously]
