Harlem + Bespoke has photos of the recently-removed scaffolding at 313-315 West 125th Street, on the century-old cast iron ("derelict, rusting") building just off Saint Nicholas. It's been a year since work started on the four-story structure, where cinder blocks had covered the original casement windows, and Brooklyn-based Just Architecture is responsible for the spiffy renovation, adding new windows, high gloss paint, and interior renovations with updated plumbing. It's zoned as a loft building with retail space, and it's not landmarked, so let's see what big box retailer comes a-calling.
