THE INTERNET?We all know that hotness is the key criterion by which to choose a broker, but for the more quantitatively-oriented, there's also StreetEasy's new Shop for a Broker tool, launched today. It allows users to search, within particular neighborhoods, property types, and price ranges, for the brokers who've completed the most deals, sortable by days on market and average prices off the initial and final asks. There's more seller's broker information than buyer's broker info so far, because most of the data comes from public record. Our verdict after a brief test run: highly useful!
