New FiDi Rental Building 40 Gold is Finally Ready to Party

Opening a full year after its projected occupancy date hasn't stopped FiDi rental project 40 Gold from employing some c. 2007 strategies in its first few weeks on the market. It's hosting mid-afternoon broker parties and handing out swag, like the gold key-shaped USB drive photog Will Femia picked up on his tour of the building. The goodies are staying secure within the walls of Curbed HQ, but we're sharing the photos of model units and amenities in the gallery above. The 56-unit building's got studio and 2BR apartments, and according to StreetEasy, rents range from $2,379/month for the cheapest studio to $4,487/month for the priciest 2BR. It's not just the parties that remind us of 2007!
