There have been 57 complaints filed and there are seven environmental violations still open at 100 Luquer Street, but hey, at least the construction fence is down! Which means we can finally get a full look at the Karl Fischer-designed project, revived late last year after a series of stop-work orders. PMFA observes that things are just finishing up at the site (the sidewalk and entryway are in progress this week). The 11-story, pre-rezoning, BQE-bordering building has, well, BQE-bordering noise, judging by PMFA's video from the site. This guy probably isn't surprised.
