Felice Cohen, move aside! This 78 square foot studio in midtown is inhabited by Luke Clark Tyler, who just so happens to be an architect. He's paying $750 per month for the Hell's Kitchen apartment but he seems to have a relatively organized hold of things. He doesn't have to cook any meat since he's a vegetarian, so the lack of a kitchen seems relatively tolerable to us. In the hands of a less skilled (possibly carnivorous) architect, we can envision only chaos.
