Looks like the Upper West Side is about to lose one of its celebrity residents. The Post reports that Alec Baldwin is planning on listing his 3,000 square foot apartment in the El Dorado at 300 Central Park West for $9.5M any day now. Where's he looking to move to? Apparently he wants to settle down in SoHo with his new girlfriend/yoga instructor, Hilaria Thomas. Obviously we'll have the listing for you as soon as we spot it. [NYP]
