A few weeks ago we noticed the 2007-style weekend construction at 11 Broadway in Williamsburg. Well, it looks like the building is through wasting time, and it's even got a makeover! The building's architects, GreenbergFarrow have replaced the old gray facade with a something a little more brown-bricked that "evokes the look of early, brick loft buildings once common along the Brooklyn waterfront." We like what we hear! The 11-story building is set to have 160 rental units and they're really hoping to get that grocery store for the retail space. Let's see what happens, the place is expected to open by the end of of 2012.
