Is the River House, the building whose name must not be mentioned in a listing, showing signs of desperation? The tragically pricechopped #3A still hasn't found a buyer at its $15M pricetag, and 11 days ago the unit was pulled from the market. Well, it has returned with a new listing with Stribling and even some new photos! Maybe the refresh will help and maybe it won't. What we do know is that the kitchen shot is a bummer. [Stribling]
