Brooklyn Heights is one of our go-to nabes for gorgeous, pricey townhouses, and we couldn't let the new listing for 212 Columbia Heights pass us by. The 25-foot-wide, 7,000-square-foot house was built in 1855 and renovated in 2005 to add a new kitchen, five gas fireplaces, and other c. 2005 goodies.The ask is a substantial $13.5 million, or $1,928/square foot, much higher than the previous sale prices.
