How Much for a Gramercy 1-BR with Three Exposures?

New, 10 comments

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 1BR, 1BA co-op on 16th Street between 3rd Avenue and Rutherford Place
Square Feet: 750
Maintenance/CC: $1,105
The Skinny: This floor plan may not have thousands of square feet to offer, but the layout is pretty optimal with ample closet space and a dining nook attached to sizeable living area. The pre-war 1-BR apartment has three exposures (east, south, and west), and nice, if not spectacular amenities like outdoor garden, bike storage, doorman, and central laundry room. This is a co-op we're talking, so maintenance ain't cheap, though it does include utilities. The location is a tree-lined block off Stuyvesant Square down the street from a church. Overall: nice and cozy! How much?
