The 125th Street corridor gets a further spruce-up with some renovation work on the old Raymond Building, at Madison Avenue. Though it's one of the "nicer old buildings to still remain intact" on East 125th, the space had been abandoned and is now awaiting a gut reno, according to DOB records. We can't have a derelict building in plain view of across-the-street-neighbor Harlem Children's Zone, now can we? [Harlem+Bespoke]
