Once upon a time, in a land not yet besieged by a credit crisis, Karl Fischer was cooking up plans for a residential development in Boerum Hill, one that would put Williamsburg to shame. As of 2008, the three adjacent sites were still abandoned, and now the whole parcel is officially on the market for $7 million and "comes with approved plans for a 43-unit project." That's not all! Rezoning will permit "approximately 18,000 additional buildable square feet." Any takers? [Brownstoner; previously]
