Those owners, Stellar Management and Largo Investments, promised to take the building?where units were once asking up to $1.1 million?rental by this summer. Making it just under the wire, the new listings went live this morning; model unit images and floorplans in the gallery above. So far, there are listings for one- and two-bedroom units asking between $2,794/month and $4,140/month. So how does this differ from other pricey new 'Burg rentals? Renters can visit the furnished zen garden to calm down after signing those monthly checks.
