The Andrenator himself showed up to a CB3 meeting last night to rally for the transfer of Cooper Square Hotel's liquor license to The Standard. Balazs and friends spoke to The Standard's "hotel management capabilities," arguing a well-run establishment is better for the neighborhood (i.e. changing the "culinary experience" of existing restaurant The Trilby).
