New, 1 comment

HELL'S KITCHEN—Facade star marketer Hudson Hill Condominium reports that the 67-unit building, designed by FXFowle and launched "in 2009 during one of the most difficult real estate markets in recent history," is 100% sold. In other words: officially blown out. [CurbedWire Inbox]

STATEN ISLAND—The megapark in Fresh Kills will eventually be three times the size of Central Park, and it's taking its imminent status seriously: with an augmented reality app. The AR app for smartphones (iPhone, iPad, Android, Nokia, and Blackberry) will launch on October 2 along with the second annual sneak peek of the landfill-turned-parkland. The full 2,200 acres will be the largest developed parcel in New York City in over 100 years and may even get finished before the Second Avenue subway. [CurbedWire Inbox]
