NYC-based brokerage Keller Williams is expanding its reach with new office space and a ton of new hires, but it's also expanding the boundaries of New York City real estate: The Real Deal noticed that Keller Williams is marketing a "46,620-square-foot Medieval Tuscan mansion complete with restored frescoes and terracotta floors that's asking €38 million, or about $53 million." The owners apparently prefer old-fashioned North American buyers to Russian billionaires. [The Real Deal]
