The Times tackles the noodle-scratcher of a question that haunts so many midtown denizens: is this Hell's Kitchen or Clinton? Though they're the last person to show up to this party, the Times quotes an Elliman broker saying “If I’m more affluent and have a family, I’m looking for Clinton, but if I’m a young, hip 20-something buyer coming up from Chelsea or somewhere else, I want to live in Hell’s Kitchen."
