$16 Million UWS Townhouse Is Already Living in the Future

Seeing as how we're total obsessives for a good townhouse reno, Curbed swung by 116 West 71st Street this weekend, where the sales team had an all-day open house marketing the $16.4 million brownstone. We got there around mid-day and about 150 people had already signed in.
