If two's a trend, then the latest trend in rental search tools appears to be sites that let renters zero in on specific buildings and contact management offices directly. Last week there was Rentenna, with its mysterious algorithm for judging rental building livability. Here now, Loftable, a map that claims to include all of the city's no-fee apartments. Each map entry links to contact information for building management. Anyone tried it yet?
