Jack Nicholson has reportedly "shown interest" in a $12 million Park Avenue duplex owned by the six cash-strapped Yugoslav states, which was used by their diplomats until civil war broke out in the early 1990s. Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia, Slovenia, Macedonia and Montenegro have agreed to sell the six-bedroom, 2,320-square-foot spread, with Serbia taking 40% of the sale. It's not quite the diplomatic pleasure palace, either, if photos of the wreck that surfaced two weeks ago are any indication. [NYDN; previously]
