Looks like Scarano-on-the-Bowery's most famous resident is moving on to greener pastures, as R&B singer John Legend puts his 2BR, 2BA pad out to market. Legend bought the place for $1.9 million at a hefty discount in 2009, then hired Winka Dubbeldam to spiff up the interiors. It's now up for grabs at $2.95 million (guess we know how much a Dubbeldam reno costs!). Some of the features mentioned in the listing for unit #9—not yet available online though apparently represented by Prudential Douglas Elliman—include 13-foot ceilings, a private elevator landing and steel beams. No word yet on where the crooner will land with model girlfriend and bulldog in tow; he just "loves looking at real estate and could be ready to upgrade."
