Right after developers Peter and Anthony Malkin won a Pinnacle Award in January for their renovation of 112 West 34th Street, the building's owner, Charles Cohen, sued the Malkins over their $81 million renovation on the grounds that they didn't get his permission to renovate. And now?case dismissed! A judge ruled that there is no evidence of structural changes to the building.
