We last checked in on loft rental building 224 Wythe (née Williamsburg's Blandest New Building) in August, when W.B.N.B.'s true identity was revealed. Now we've got interior shots and details on six units up for rent on aptsandlofts.com, including a one-bedroom at $2,887/month, 1.5 bedrooms between $3,138 and $3,780/month, two-bedrooms hovering around $4,000/month, and a three-bedroom unit going for $5,565/month. The floors are white oak, the countertops are CaesarStone, and the bathroom tiles are made of porcelain and pennies. Unlike sister building 175 Kent, there's no putting green, but there is a roof deck with what we assume is a decent view of Manhattan.
