CUNY's Voorhees Hall at 186 Jay Street is undergoing a $30 million renovation that will add all sorts of fancy new elements to the now brick-clad building, including a glass curtainwall, shadowboxes, and a trellis structure that will light at night and straighten out the uneven edges of the building's penthouse levels. Work is expected to be completed this spring. ['Stoner]
