The 2,200 square foot 2BR/2.5BA unit at 15 CPW was finally purchased from owner Amy Kit Ming Mak for $6.5 million?down significantly from the $8.5 million high asking price it hit as the property was passed from broker to broker and even listed as FSBO for a period. The interior decor was given a few makeovers during that time in a bid to sell the unit and stop hurting people's eyes and feelings. We will miss the purple.
