Anderson Cooper Is On The Waterfront

New, 9 comments

Anderson Cooper bought the 2.4 acre property next to his current Quogue home in the Hamptons for $1.7 million, adding some frontage on the Aspatuck Creek to his own estate. The property formerly belonged to Hollywood writer Budd Schulberg, an Oscar winner who wrote 1954's "On the Waterfront". The newsman and t-shirt enthusiast said that he plans to preserve the property, and that he purchased it so no one would build a McMansion next door to his non-firehouse retreat.
