Here's an interesting one, a duplex juuust in Park Slope (it's between 4th and 5th Avenues) asking a pretty hefty $2,500,000. It's got 2,100 square feet and a 1,200 square foot outdoor space, so while the interior isn't exactly massive you're getting a pretty nick deck with city views. But that kind of cash for a 3 bedroom/2 bath condo in a location that's not prime Slope? It's going to be a tough sell, but a similar unit with significantly less outdoor space closed for just shy of $2M last year. Never say never, oh ye Park Slope boosters.
