He recently purchased a 1,700 square foot loft at the Esquire building at 330 Wythe Avenue in Williamsburg for $1.6 million. That's a lot of "notes"! The 2BR/2BA corner loft duplex in the 1914 former Shoe Polish factory features 20-foot-high ceilings, a home office, and Brooklyn and Manhattan views.
