Hisham Modine purchased a run down home in Clinton Hill for just around $1.1M back in 2007, deciding he wanted to renovate the place to his desire. Aiming to carve out a duplex, two apartments and a basement work space he got to work and was left with a house that was uniquely his. However his "angular" style didn't appeal to Nadia Bashai who would eventually come to live in the home, seeking a unity in styling. She brought a more colorful aesthetic to the home, which you can take a little visual tour of here.
