Looks like things are slowly getting better over in the Hamptons, according to the Times. Though we're far from the golden age of several years back, high-end sales are picking up and 69 houses sold for $5M+ in the first 3 quarters of 2011. And where are things looking hottest? Bridgehampton and Sagaponack. It's not all great news, the sub-million set looks "flat." [NYT]
