As expected, the City Planning Commission approved the rezoning of the St. Vincent's site in Greenwich Village today. The rezoning allows for 450 luxury condos on the site, spread over four new residential buildings and the conversion of four historic buildings. Rudin also plans to build five townhouses and an elementary school, assuming the the City Council passes the rezoning, too. [CurbedWire Inbox]
