CHELSEA?Preservationists are gearing up for the next round of the fight over the Chelsea Market rezoning, a slightly shortened proposal from Jamestown Properties. The plan will be discussed at a Community Board 4 public hearing tomorrow evening (6:30 p.m., 119 Ninth Avenue). Supporters are mobilizing, too: there's a new organization, the Chelsea Market Coalition, that has formed to advocate for the expansion as it heads into the ULURP process. [CurbedWire Inbox]
