The team from Gilman Architects has spent the the past few years applying its expertise in dancing buildings to 467 Keap Street. The lot was purchased and registered under the name Ainslie Tower LLC back in 2007, and the tower in question has finally materialized. Brownstoner spots the first listings for the project. Rents range from $3,100/month for the cheapest 1BR to $6,800/month for the priciest 2BR; the least expensive apartment listed, a $2,700/month 1BR, is already in contract. It's all available for February 1.
