A-Rod Flips $5.5M Rushmore Condo at 'Significant Profit'

New, 9 comments

It was a little less than a year ago that Yankee and serial apartment hunter Alex Rodriguez decided to commit to the 35th floor of the Rushmore. He paid $5.5 million for the condo?and put it right back on the market in October. Did he promise himself he could only keep it if the Yankees made it to the World Series? Whatever his motivations, A-Rod has already found a buyer at a "significant profit," brokers in the know tell the Journal. The brokers speculate that A-Rod's purchase led to greater interest in the building, helping his own attempt at a flip. So where will he go next?
